I was lucky enough to be the last customer and had two bowls of pickled mustard pork noodles before closing the stall. "Shredded Pork with Pickled Vegetables" is very delicious! The thickness of pickled vegetables and shredded pork are similar, and the seasoning and texture of both are well handled. I rarely want to praise a bowl of noodles in particular, but it does it~ I also like the "noodles". I don't know why I often encounter fat noodles in Hsinchu, but I just don't like the taste. But this is my favorite noodles, delicious! I will come back next time~ I was sweating after eating but I still enjoyed it.
