Zhongli District, Taoyuan City｜喫糆(辣椒板麵)

Was pleasantly surprised to find this new noodle shop last night and gave it a try. The noodle set comes with soup and kimchi and was really tasty. We also tried the Bak kut teh and it was really great on a cold night. We will definitely come back!

The spicy noodles are sooo tasty! Especially the flavor of the noodles! The mixture of yolk, spring onion, dried fish and their homemade chili flakes is fireeee. It kinda likes a home cooked meal, but def better than what my mom usually makes lol And the noodle itself didn’t stick together:)
