For more than 20 years, I have come here to eat occasionally. It’s not very special, but at least I’m not messing around. It is said that the name Junk Noodles comes from the fact that when pork bones are boiled in the soup, some marrow remains in the soup and has not been removed. The soup is turbid in color and does not look good, but it has a special taste. The business hours of this store are very special, from 4 pm to 1:30 midnight, so it is a limited edition for late night snacks. You can't eat it in the morning and noon. I remember that it was a mobile stall outside the store entrance. The store looks like a warehouse and also operates other businesses. Now, the cooking table has been moved into the camp, and dining tables have been set up throughout the store. It is said to have a history of more than 50 years. But I rarely came to Yingge before, and even if I did, I didn’t stay too long. More than 40 years ago, I ate here when I was driving, but not often. I didn’t come here often until I started coming to Yingge more than 20 years ago.
