Shine mood have new store, also have cozy indoor area. My fav is chocolate waffles and milk tea. Remember that the queue is very long while weekend, especially in the afternoon.

Really great waffles, best around NCU for sure. They offer quite a lot of options. Ranging from sweet to salty waffles. Also you can order drinks and decide how much sugar / ice you want put. Definitely a great option in campus to hang aroun in a pretty relaxed area.
