I travel around the world because of my job, and this is the best noodle place ever, dumplings are from another planet and their unique flavor and freshness can never be matched in any other place, this is a must anytime you are in Taoyuan city! Add the black vinegar to the noodles, the pepper flakes and it's really good, if you like spicy food also add the red spicy sauce! The dumplings are perfect the way they serve them! Thank you to all the ladies working there for their kindness and their sweet way to treat customers! This is like a second home for me with such a great food!

I have been eating at this restaurant for many years. Their red oil fried hands are very appetizing in summer. You can add more vinegar and a little chili to the dry noodles. This is really recommended. The store is clean and hygienic.
