Love eveything. So tasty. Especially the pork liver which is the softest I’ve ever tried. Must try! Luckily we met the Vietnamese clerk so can order easily.

There on a rainy afternoon with a packed crowd. I ordered the Miner's noodles, vegetables, and dumpling soup. The noodles were plain with sauce, but they were so perfectly balanced without being overwhelming. Vegetables were crunchy and tasty. Dumpling soup was great with good sized dumplings. Total cost me about 110TWD which was the cherry on top.

Rice noodles are delicious. If you can tolerate spicy food, rice noodles with chili will be super delicious.
