Congee King! By far the best congee in Taipeh

Far and away my favorite zhuo shop in East Asia! Lovely(in it's simplicity) little Mom & Pop stand, run by a great couple. Lived in the neighborhood for over a decade and it was a go-to-shop. Zhou(Chinese porridge) is essentially the Chinese equivalent to what chicken soup is, in the West. I will literally drive across town for this place. Perfect food for any digestive issues or even hangover. Beef and chicken are my favorites here but can't say I didn't enjoy all others on offer, either.
