I recently went to the South District area to meet friends, and I saw this noodle shop doing good business on the way, so I decided to have dinner before going back. You can order food from the a la carte menu, and you can choose the braised sauce. There are ice cubes underneath to keep it fresh. The environment is clean and bright, and the countertops are also neat, which adds to the first impression. There are locations inside the store (with air conditioning) and locations outside the store for indoor use. I saw many customers ordering hot and sour noodles, so I gave it a try. The taste is not too spicy, it is very refreshing, and the portion is large enough to make you feel full. The braised ingredients are fresh and taste very good. It doesn’t feel like it will be overly salty after being braised for too long. The dried pork rice is quite satisfactory. The dry noodles are medium-sized, but not too salty but not soft, which is ok! Overall, I felt that the environment was comfortable after the meal. The tableware and tableware were very clean. The proprietress was friendly. Although it is an ordinary noodle shop, the small details and places are very considerate. Will visit again next time!
