Very tasty. The braised soup is rich and sweet, not the kind of soup that makes you feel greasy after drinking it. It's really amazing. I rarely get such delicious soup. There is nothing to say about the noodles! They are so delicious! Not even bad! I had braised pork ribs noodles, which had large pieces of pork ribs and were cooked until they were very soft and tender. It was a really delicious noodle shop.

I have eaten braised pork ribs from many restaurants in Tainan and Kaohsiung. Only Ah Hong’s braised pork ribs are the most authentic. The soup is rich and the ribs are so tender that you can even eat the bones. The boss is very nice, business is usually good, and it is a shop that is highly praised by the locals.
