It is not the kind that is cooked in a boiling water pot. (Smile) ·Kimchi and Tofu Hotpot NT$100 - It contains one egg, two shrimps, two clams, and three pieces of tofu. The tofu is very special because it has a bit of Chinese medicinal flavor. The tofu is very similar to soft tofu that has been stewed and will not be overcooked by the soup. Soaked until soaked, the kimchi in the soup base has the taste of the very standard Korean spicy kimchi of Taste of Love. I like it very much. The fish balls and fish paste inside are also real, not random hot pot ingredients bought outside.
