JianGuo(煎粿--fried rice flour cake stuffed pork） Compared with RouYuan(肉圓meat ball）, both of them are made by rice flour and minced meat. JianGuo is more rice flour and less minced meat. A good JianGuo should taste tender and full of flavors of both rice and meat. As an authentic Tainan food, the source is sweet and a little bit chilly. This is my top one JianGuo not just in GuiRen area but in the world.
