The soup was rich but a little oily. The soup of pickled cabbage and shredded pork noodles has a gravy-like texture, probably because the pork is coated in too much flour! Chongqing noodles are recommended by everyone. Maybe I like dry noodles, so I don’t like it that much, but the sauce is very generous, and friends who like spicy flavors will definitely love it. The side dishes are sweet or not spicy, and when paired with special spices, they are super tasty and will be loved by those who like strong flavors. The meat of the saliva chicken is a bit overcooked, and you can't taste the sweetness of the chicken. Otherwise, 80 yuan for a plate is quite a deal.
