Beef chunks were fall of the bone tender, and i love how the noodles were the "knife shaved" type with just the right amount of bite. Fully recommend you choose the thick noodles instead of the ramen, and go for the signature one instead of the collagen. Signature has a slight spicy kick, but very mild. Enjoyed the curry rice too, but order only if you have many friends to share the calories. There are also free flow soft drinks, and the toilet is very clean too

Sometimes I found Taiwanese Beef Noodles too salty or the flavour being too intense to my liking. However this little joint got it just right. Authentic ingredients and taste perfect! We tried both the thick and thin noodles. Both are good.

Best meal I had in Taiwan! And specifically in taipei. Menu can be scanned with a barcode and has pictures and easy to translate. The waitress and the owner were welcoming and so nice and helpful! The food was delicious and arrived fast. Atmosphere is great It has 2nd floor with more room space and clean bathrooms. They even have dental floss toothpicks. Would recommend to everyone and next time in Taipei for sure I'll visit again. Thank you 🙏
