Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Liao Beef Noodle

This should be the Top 5 beef noodle restaurant I have ever tried in Taipei!! The beef is very tender and taste so good. The special thing is they have added quite a lot of spinach, this really balance everything, and “looks” to be more healthy. The small dishes are wonderful too with very reasonable price! I have K.O. the soya bean cube and the kelp in few minutes 🤣🤣 The restaurant is not big enough, so don’t expect you will sit there for long time. Though it’s a LOCAL Taiwanese food, weird that most of the staff are Vietnamese who cook such a good beef noodle! Must try if you love it.

Super local beef noodle place, fast turn over so don't have to wait so long and one of y favorite. In Taiwan everyone have their favorite place and favorite taste so you gota judge yourself. Noodle here is the darker sauce and the meat is the brisket. 330NTW per bowl. They also have this pig head meat and skin disk. Super great.

The soup is refreshing and rich in flavor. It is paired with the garlic that the boss has carefully cut into pieces. One bite of garlic and one bite of beef. It’s a great enjoyment! Personally, Taipei beef ranks among the top three. The boss is very personable, be careful not to put sauerkraut in his noodles, he will remind you that it is for side dishes!
