Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Taiwan Niu Beef Noodle Restaurant

One of my favorite place to go after playing volleyball. I always take the dry beef noodlez but sometimes get tempted by the classic one. Not sure why this has a low rating. The waiters are really friendly!

The beef three treasure noodles are very delicious, the beef tendon, tripe and tendon are just right 👌, and the noodles are smooth and springy. Very recommendable!

The soup is rich and full of beef flavor in your mouth, especially the added soup. You can drink it from the boiled soup. You don't need additional seasonings and chopped green onions to drink the fresh and sweet meat.
