The beef noodle soup is just right rich, and the noodles are pretty chewy. The emphasis is on the processing of beef. My 40-year-old beef noodles are raw𥚃 and it ranks at least in the top three. The beef is extremely tender when you bite into it. For someone like me who has bad teeth, it really makes me feel happy when I eat it🥰🥰🥰. Taiwanese pickles and cucumbers are equally delicious😋 If you don’t like the cucumbers topped with sauce, you can tell the boss first or add the sauce next to the cucumbers. Before leaving, I packed 40 more dumplings of different flavors including chives, cabbage, corn, claw meat, etc. to take home. It's a pity that it was too late to dine. The famous hot and sour soup and scallion dumplings were sold out⋯😭😭

The first good impression is that there are so many choices of braised food. I am lucky to have a variety of cheap and diverse side dishes when eating at a food stall. Next is the mustard pork shredded noodles cooked with chicken bones. The soup base is really salty and the noodles are generous! If you are a fan of rice, the store also has melon pork rice to choose from~ the dumpling skins have been left to rest for a while. It's thick and chewy, and the ingredients used are all fresh. The boss and his wife are old-fashioned and sincere, a store you would want to visit again!
