About us: Facebook: Cheap Eats Taiwan Instagram: @_cheap_eats_taiwan This is a newly opened ramen restaurant in Xindian. It probably serves the best ramen in Xindian. The Tonkotsu broth tastes pretty rich and creamy, with tons of garlic and subtle traces of lard. It's not too salty and goes well with the other ingredients. The noodles are al dente, and you can get a bowl of extra noodles when you are halfway through. You can choose from thick and thin noodles, both of which are perfect. The thick noodles are a bit firm, though, and the thin noodles are, according to the chefs, traditional in Japan. The chashu is pretty huge, thick, and tender. Everything in the bowl complements the broth pretty well. You can put the lemons in when you are halfway through. They make the noodles a lot more refreshing. This is definitely worth a revisit, although the prices are a bit high. This new ramen shop is located on Wenhua Road in Xindian. Their tonkotsu ramen can be said to be the best in the new store. The soup is very rich and smells of garlic, and it is not too salty, which is comparable to Ichiran ramen. You can add noodles when you are halfway through the meal. There are thin noodles and thick noodles to choose from. The store said that thin noodles are a traditional way of eating in Japan. The char siu is very large and melts in the mouth, and it goes well with the soup. Lemon slices can also be added when eating halfway to make the soup more refreshing. While this isn't the cheapest noodle shop in Xindian, it's definitely worth a revisit.

I found this place on the way back from office , location is quite not outstanding but due to the ramen smell is very attractive so I give a chance to try. The soup , Noodle and Cha shu is perfectly good. I ordered Cha shu ramen which served with 5 pieces of big roasted pork Cha shu. After you finish the soup and Noodle by half you can add sliced of lemon to experience the freshness taste. The additional set of noodle also offer for free , only need to let the chef know as it will take 5 mins too cook the noodle. Service , good and vibe all consider 5 stars.

Great, thick and savory ramen with chashu. Curry was delicious as well. Hard to get in so be prepared for some queuing.
