These places ramen is so good ! Is home made so it taste very nice , also since they add lemon it has an acidic note to it . Finally the meat is a combination between pork clams, and duck which is perfect because it has a slight sea like saltiness mixed with the porks fat and the ducks thick meat. Is way better than famous chains and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Also if you like taking pictures of your food it is a great spot because the dish looks very nice when they first serve it.

Love the presentation, texture of noodles and meat and everything was beyond my expectations. Btw the noodles portion was right amount for me! Defo recommend you others who love dip noodles 🥰

Beautiful presentation, chicken prefect texture and the pork tastes like a ham of some sort, not sure. Noodles are nice and thick to pick up broth and egg perfectly cooked, firmed up but still runny like lava. The tomato is excellent; really sweet, must be pickled in sugar. Broth was very good, maybe needed a touch more salt. Overall one of my favorite tsukemen bowls! Great attention to detail and flavors are excellent! For non-mandarin speakers. Menu is laid out as follows. 1: pork no egg, pork with egg, pork and chicken and egg. 2. Pork based broth, curry broth (3rd option wasn't on menu when we visited) 3. Amount of noodles small, medium, large (no upcharge for larger sizes) 4. Additional sides, can't remember what these were but Google translate should be able to read.
