Da’an District, Taipei City｜Wu Qi Jiu specialized beef noodle shop

One of the best places in Taipei to grab a hearty and very reasonably priced bowl of beef noodle soup. Every time I visit Taipei, I stop by. Side dishes are super flavorful.

Not really open for 24 hours. I tried walking in at 9am on a Tuesday and they were not serving anyone. Very affordable food though for the serving size and quality. I'll definitely return here.

This is one of my favorite 牛肉麵 places! The price is very affordable, the broth is delicious, the beef is tender, and the noodles are chewy. To top everything off, this place is 24H! I ordered the beef noodle soup with "red soup," the order came out pretty quickly and it was delicious (for lunch). I can't imagine how it would taste as "the day after" meal or drunchies. The soup was flavored really well, it was a tad bit too oily (I had to wipe my mouth off after every bite). The noodles like I mentioned above was chewy and there was just the right amount to get me full. The beef was very tender and there wasn't too much fat. I kept thinking they didn't give me enough beef but I kept finding more at the bottom of the bowl. Overall delicious!
