Guanmiao District, Tainan City｜林門玉餃

I think this is one of the most interesting breakfast I've ever had. Fried eggs with dumplings underneath is really cool! And the noodles are really good too. I recommend adding a little vinegar and chili!

The restaurant served the local made noodle with thick gracy, Lu Mian. They do serve other side dishes like shark fish skin, bamboo shoot, groundnuts, ferns and etc.
