Great and affordable noodles. Small shop with hardworking and polite boss. Get there early, usually a line. Noodles are a little more bouncy or qq than other shops

I flew from Hong Kong to Taipei, and I didn't even eat the lunch on the plane, because I wanted to eat cold noodles from Fuhua Cold Noodles. tasty! tasty!

I would have to say this is by far the best cold noodle in town.
