Hualien City, Hualien County｜江太太牛肉麵店（蔣經國先生曾𦲷臨本店）

Finally found a must-eat delicacy other than flat food in Hualien. This old shop has been in business since 1972, not to mention that Mr. Jing Guo once visited. The delicious beef noodles are worth recommending. It can be included in the list of gourmet pockets in Hualien.

After seeing the introduction of Mu Ming, he left. I bought it a while back and ate it. The braised sauce is rich and oily, and children love it. The price is about the same as in Taipei.

The soup is rich, the noodles are springy, the meat is soft and tender, it melts in your mouth, highly recommended!
