I got up at 6 o'clock this morning to catch up on orders and make extra money, so I decided to have a bowl of delicious beef noodles for dinner to reward myself for my hard work all day long. This "Songhewu Beef Noodles" is opened by a former colleague of Hanlin. Since he is also in the catering industry, you can tell from the first bite that the quality of the beef selected by the boss is really good! Probably among the best beef I have ever eaten. Sure enough, the boss said that the beef is stewed with high-grade beef tendon heart. It is tender and tasty, and the soup is very pure, without adding too strong or unnecessary seasonings. Personally, I prefer Sichuan-style beef noodles, so I recommend it. Friends who like to eat beef noodles~
