The owner of the restaurant is sooo welcoming, smiley and warm-hearted. The food was very delicious, the noodles were little crunchy - best I ever had in Taiwan. The secret is that they are homemade by this nice lady with 40 years experience 👌👌

The first time I ate Nan Hua Fried Noodles N years ago left me with a great delicious memory. Now when I travel to Hualien, I accidentally discovered this store. After waiting for almost an hour, the store finally opened. I ordered pork fried noodles, shredded pork, egg fried rice, and seaweed. Egg drop soup, pork head meat, and the boss also gave us a vegetable (maybe it was fate). We tasted the noodle soup carefully and happily. The taste was very authentic, with the simple and delicious taste of ancient times. No wonder we were influenced by Xiao Jiang in the first place. Great praise!

We had the best vegetarian food here. The lovely hostess recommended us some dishes. Favorite meal in Taiwan, really recommend it!
