Hualien City, Hualien County｜Big Six beef noodle shop

A great beef noodle shop! I was recommended to come here by a taxi driver who said he comes here twice a week. My Chinese was beginner level so the restaurant owner was very kind and helped me. Highly recommend coming here for authentic beef noodle soup. Just know maybe 2 phrases for ordering and to say you know how to use chopsticks.

One of my favorite places for beef noodles in Hualien. The size of the 炸醬麵 is amazingly generous.

I always eat rice noodles with dried mushrooms and pork, and add a lot of chili, which suits my taste.
