The beef noodle soup cooked by the boss is quite delicious, especially the braised beef noodles. The solid half-gluten and half-meat texture is definitely not comparable to that of canned meat. The boss is also very kind and does everything by himself, clearing the table and delivering food. Every time I see him, he is just trying to make money. For a bowl of beef noodles, he always brings the hot noodles to you with bare hands, and I feel sad for him after seeing it.

The soup is rich but not salty. The big bowl is satisfying. It is half gluten and half meat. Highly recommended.
