Hualien City, Hualien County｜Er Ge Beef Noodle Restaurant

I ordered a bowl if beef and beef tendon soup noodle, the broth is lightly spiced (thats what’s supposed to be) but not overly seasoned/salty. The beef tendon is tender (not overcooked to be too soft). The portion of beef and beef tendons are generous. It’s a family business owned by a couple they are so friendly. The shop has limited seats but still offers spacious dining experience and cozy environment. I recommend it.

Great soup, amazing! Owner is very friendly and seemed like she spent the whole time joking with other diners. She also makes their incredibly addictive chilli paste and sells it by the jar- I bought two!

The soup, noodles, and beef were all cooked to perfection. For the price, the value is also insane, they gave so many pieces of beef and veggies on top of the noodles. The owners are also so sweet and gave me suggestions for other local food!
