The signboard of this restaurant is "Hundred-page Tofu", which is very delicious and must be ordered! It is not the same as the Baiye you usually eat outside. It is very fluffy and crispy, but occasionally the quality is not stable. Every time you buy it, it is like opening a surprise package. When business is good, there is a high chance that you will get something that is not crispy. The negative reviews on Google also come from this, because to be crispy, you have to fry it for a long time. If there are many customers, the boss will not fry it for that long. Don't ask me why I know, because I live nearby and often eat there😅. The other fried items are not delicious, but the performance is quite satisfactory.
