Had it two days in a row - the Pork Rib Ramen was really awesome! Love the pitan tofu too!

Really good noodle place! This place was full of locals, no English menu unfortunately but we asked their recommendation and decided to order their pork rib dry noodle. Definitely a must visit place in Hualien if you love noodles!

The signature dish - pork rib vermicelli/noodles with soup - still as good as it used to be! I ordered lotus root salad as a side dish this time round. If you dare to eat more exotic dishes, you can try shark, various parts of the pig eg pork jowl, pig heart which are nice according to the locals.
