I highly recommend the beef noodle here. Price is really reasonable considering the quality. The noodle (fat one) is definitely handmade as it is springy and QQ. Broth was a bit oily compared to the rest I have eaten but it is flavourful. You can try it if you like to eat beef. Will go back again if I ever revisit hualien.
