I highly recommend the beef noodle here. Price is really reasonable considering the quality. The noodle (fat one) is definitely handmade as it is springy and QQ. Broth was a bit oily compared to the rest I have eaten but it is flavourful. You can try it if you like to eat beef. Will go back again if I ever revisit hualien.

We are lucky enough to have delicious beef noodles! The boss also runs a B&B, and the wife runs Dongshan Yatou in the night market. She is very dedicated in serving and talks to guests in a homely manner, making them feel at home!
