The soup is perfectly balanced, not too salty or greasy, just the right amount of goodness that keeps you hooked from the first bite to the last. The noodles complement the soup beautifully, and the beef is incredibly tender and flavorful. It's not too chewy or overly soft, just perfect. And let's not forget about the pickles! They add an extra burst of joy to every mouthful of noodles. The owner lady is very helpful too. Tonight's dinner was beyond impressive!
