Hualien City, Hualien County｜帝君廟前米粉羹

This little shop on the side of the road sells only 3 dishes: glutinous rice noodle soup 🍜 (NT$35), tea eggs 🥚 (NT$10), and black tea 🍵. It's simple, tasty, and hot. Perfect for lunch in a cold winter day! They have a few tables for eating in, but they prepare food really fast so it's also easy to just pick up the food.
