The shaved ice here is simple but unusual, in a good way. This is the first time I had this kind of shaved ice and loved it! I like how they put the brown sugar powder and caramelized syrup on top of the shaved ice plus the salty cream and topped it off with toasted barley. Eat all together to challenge your taste buds and tune up your palate level. The pumpkin dessert had several layers of many special ingredients with shaved ice on the bottom. It tasted amazingly awesome, highly recommended. The owner took the time and effort to come up with a unique recipe to mix up ingredients of opposite tastes together into one bowl and bring it to a different level. Two thumbs up!
