This is the best 8 Ways Dumplings restaurant that I’ve eaten at. Their fried dumplings were cooked to perfection. And the boss was so kind to give me a complimentary sun dried cabbage soup (I think that’s what it was). I see these kind of cabbage leaves drying all ove Taiwan at roadside residences. Now I think I know how it can be eaten. Also the staff was friendly and smiling. I think they put their heart into their work, and it shows. Thanks for the delicious meal you all.
