West District, Taichung City｜Il Volo Pizza

Tried their seafood pasta instead of their famous pizza (they even have their own pizza oven). The pasta was delicious and the flavors well balanced. Only thing is that the shrimps are not deveined. The seafood pasta is delicious. You can taste the strong seafood flavor in every noodle. The only flaw is that the shrimps are not deveined. I will definitely try their pizza next time.

Amazing wood fired pizza. The crust was the best that I have had since living in Taichung. Food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. I got one with jalapeños which gave it a nice kick. Great family owned business that I would highly recommend.

My favorite pizza in town. Doughy crust, fresh toppings prepared in a proper pizza oven.
