Clean restaurant with helpful staff and cheery owner. This part of Taiwan is famous for it's seafood and this place doesn't miss. The menu is simple and easy for anyone with knowledge of English or Chinese to understand. Make sure you order everything you want at the beginning of the meal; this place doesn't let you add dishes after your first order. Do not sleep on the truffle scallop risotto it is SO GOOD.
