The best chicken ever! Every time I visit Taiwan I make sure to stop by and eat the chicken here. Many restaurants making the traditional recipes have resorted to gas methods of cooking and the flavour is very average. But this restaurant sticks to cooking it the slow way, with wood from lychee and longan trees, which give it a sweet, smokey flavour.
