Today I ordered spicy preserved egg noodles, fried bean paste noodles, and egg sauce noodles. The noodles with fried soybean sauce were average. The egg sauce noodles ordered by my daughter had a strong salty egg aroma but were not overly salty. They had a very special texture. But the spicy preserved egg noodles ordered by my family are so fragrant and delicious~ The spicy flavor is not just spicy like using spicy oil or chili sauce, but a special spicy flavor that leaves a lingering taste in your mouth after eating. After finishing a big bowl of preserved egg noodles, we asked the boss to add more noodles for free. (My godson added another big bowl of noodles, and I couldn’t help but take several more bites of his preserved egg noodles) I didn’t eat dumplings this time, but when I saw the boss making them, they seemed quite big. I might try them next time~ My godson has been complaining that he couldn’t eat here before because he worked nearby. He will definitely visit again in the future!!
