A must-see and a must-read. Don't be blind. Let me just say this was the worst rest stop dining experience I have ever seen in my life. I don't know why anyone would give this store good reviews. First of all, blanching cabbage simply destroys the beauty of green vegetables. Its taste is simply unpalatable and makes people completely lose their appetite for vegetables. The beef in tomato sauce made me very disappointed. The beef tasted hard and full of fishy smell. The soup was so diluted that it made people feel cheated. It completely lacked the rich aroma and flavor that beef soup should have. The cabbage is very hard and has no sweetness after blanching. It makes people think that it has been blanched at a very low temperature, and even the sweetness of the green vegetables has been lost. The noodles were overcooked but had no flavor or texture at all. It was unbelievable. I gave up after only two bites, which was a shameful waste of beef. This was the worst meal I have ever had in my life and definitely cannot recommend it to anyone.

maybe i'm lucky I ordered tomato beef noodles, I think it is delicious, the soup part The noodle feels a bit overcooked but acceptable. The meat part is hard and there is fat. I throw the meat to my husband to eat🤣
