After watching the video, it was said that the soup is made from beef bones. It is very fragrant and rich, and also contains rich vegetables and sweetness. The beef is very tasty and soft, and the tendon is also very tender and elastic! It tastes very enjoyable! If I have to be picky, I think only the noodles are thin and don’t have the chewiness of knife-cut noodles, but this is more of a personal preference~ Overall, it should be considered one of the top five beef noodles I have ever eaten. It is better than some famous beef noodle restaurants in Taipei! Unexpected!
