This is a small shop that once stopped me from having to share a table. However, from now on, I will patiently wait for the boss's arrangements. On May 26, 2018, after driving for 2 and a half hours from Taipei (including 1 hour at the North Ergao Fortress), I finally completed my gratitude vow at noon. This time I no longer refused to sit at the same table. I shared a room with the same devout pilgrims and believers, but with the air conditioning on, I didn’t feel too hot. The boss asked everyone to wait patiently, so he took the braised bamboo shoots from the refrigerator first, which was indeed crispy and delicious. When the Hakka rice noodles and beef noodles were served, it was even more amazing. Both bowls of soup are sweet and smooth, and the noodles are fragrant and delicious. Not to mention the C/P value, even the P value beats a lot of good restaurants in Taipei. Of course, for 100 yuan beef noodles, I can't be too demanding on the amount of beef, but the meat is tender and delicious, and I'm satisfied after eating it. Watching the boss and his family busy going in and out, when paying the bill, I made an exception and took the initiative to give a thumbs up and praised "it's delicious". The boss immediately turned around and praised his wife who was cooking the noodles, and said that his wife made the sauces herself and was often busy until two o'clock in the middle of the night. The lady boss was a bit shy, but still invited me to come back when I have time. Of course I will come back again. I will never forget these guardians of Mazu, who brought warmth and refreshing happiness in such a hot afternoon.
