This is a Taiwanese Curry Beef Noodles restaurant which serves a ubiquitous curry sauce over beef 🥩, mutton, squid 🦑, beef liver etc. The Curry sauce is mildly spicy (more of the “Madras Curry Powder” type) mix with a Japanese rendition of Indian Curry. It has distinctive Cardamom, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Clove notee plus a dominant Turmeric base. It is not sweetened with apples or pears like Japanese or Korean curries. If you are a Curry lover, it should be delicious. Give it a try.
