Handmade noodles everyday. Each stack of dough only make about 6-8 bowls of noodles. The chef is so passion about his noodles and you can really taste it through the quality of the noodles. I am thrilled to find places like this to eat. Their shichun spicy dumpling has perfect balance with lots of intense flavors. There are also lots of options for small dishes. Beef noodles soup supposedly very good. But we didn’t try it.

They were generous from the moment I walked through the door. I was treated well and they even showed off their menu to me offering me many samples from their menu. I highly recommend this shop. They even translated a copy of their menu to English for me. I shared the image so English speakers can use it as well IG @TylerGolec
