He also held senior management positions in the Japanese catering industry before. Running this restaurant is a perfect combination of these two experiences. The reason why he returned to his hometown to open a store is actually because the boss has a very important mission for his hometown. "Longsheng" is actually the name of a village in Zaoqiao Township. Although it is a restaurant run by one person, I was surprised when I first saw the dazzling array of choices on the menu. But what surprised me even more was the way the boss treated the ingredients. When I made a reservation for a dining time with the boss the night before, the boss specifically asked me if I wanted to dine without a menu (about 1,200 yuan per person, and the boss will arrange the meal content based on the ingredients of the day) or order a la carte? Since it was our first time dining with my friend, we decided to order a la carte. Please slow down and savor every dish prepared by the boss.

Overall, it is excellent (two words) I didn't have much expectation when I got there. Friends entertained us. It didn't look like a canteen at all. We didn't order from the menu. Every dish was fresh and we could feel the boss's requirements for the food. But my friend paid for it, so I don’t know the price 😂
