We were enroute from Taipei to Taichung and decided to stop in Hsinchu for a late lunch. This is a simple but clean shop run by a mother son duo - solid braised pork rice (卤肉饭) that comes in 3 sizes. We also added an egg each + shared a chicken mushroom double boiled soup. Only cost us 140NTD for the entire meal!
