We recently had the pleasure of visiting this organic Black Tea-Farm, and it was an absolute gem of an experience. This hidden gem is the epitome of privacy and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was not only knowledgeable about tea but also incredibly friendly and passionate about sharing their expertise. The only problem we had, was communication as the owner doesn‘t speak english but we were able to get around that with modern technology (thanks to smartphones) What truly sets this small Tea-Farm apart is its non-touristic charm. It’s a place where you can escape the crowds and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the tea garden. The intimate setting allows for a personal and unhurried tea-tasting experience. The tea itself was exquisite, and the owner’s guidance in preparing and savoring it was a delight. The entire visit felt like a well-kept secret, a world away from the hustle and bustle of typical tourist attractions. If you’re seeking a private, authentic, and genuinely enriching tea experience, this Black Tea-Farm is the place to go. We left with a newfound appreciation for black tea and a sense of having discovered something truly special.

Beautiful organic tea farm. Even though we arrived unannounced (next time, call ahead to give warning!) the owner provided a wonderful tour of the tea fields as well as his personal garden, chickens, and other plantings. He provided a tea tasting as well, talking us through the different varietals and pours. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely find today. We swung by the place spur of the moment and was lucky to find the owner at home. He was very welcoming and took his time to let us sample no.18, no.21 and a more rare 'white' tea. We ended up getting all three. Tea is organic, tasted great and prices are fair. I recommend calling beforehand to make sure the owner is around and not only will you get to taste and buy great tea, you also get to look around the plantation next to the house!
