Taimali Township, Taitung County｜Shiguan Zhang Beef Noodle Restaurant

Pretty good beef noodle soup, fried rice, and stewed appetizers. We loved the complimentary Kim chi. The owner chef is an ex-Air Force officer, very cool.

I like their stir-fry vegetable dishes, which are affordable and tasty. Fried rice is large, and kimchi's flavour is great.

Delicious and cheap restaurant. The owner graciously let us eat and drink late into the night. The beef noodle soup is delicious- the noodles are the perfect consistency (the Taiwanese word is “Q” to describe the texture.) The indigenous salty meat is also delicious (The Paiwan tribe and the Amei tribe make up 1/3 of the population in this town).
