Delicious food that was so cheap. Local restaurant that serves homestyle cooking. Had some dishes which are really hard to find outside of Taiwan (the cod fish, Hakka small fry). Local rice which was all you can eat was super tasty. Had to control myself from not eating more than two bowls.

We decided to go out to dine around 6:30 pm and learned most restaurants are closed at 8 pm. Somehow, Uncle Lee closes at 9, so we went over there to try. In a remote town, we did not keep high hope and ordered four dishes. OMG, they are so tasty and delicious. The broil chicken is probably the best chicken we ever had. The chicken is a freelance great quality without any fat but the meat is juicy, tender and firm. The big surprise is stirred fried pumpkin with salt egg. Never had any yummy pumpkin like this. I paid a special Visit to go to kitchen to personally thank Uncle Lee, the Chef & Owner for his cooking.
