Really delicious and fresh. Haven't had fish this good in awhile. it's simply prepared but it just highlights the flavors perfectly. The set meals come with a bunch of delicious side dishes so there's lots of variety. There is also a very tasty pork option for people who don't like fish.

You can choose the type of fish based on your preference. I ordered the pan-fried fish set meal and it was one of the most fragrant pan-fried fish I have ever eaten! The meat was sweet and goes very well with the bowl of healthy grains. Definitely one of the must try in Guan Shan.

[taitung ETAs] one of our best meals in taitung yet. it’s true farm to table and the proprietress puts a lot of care into her food. “it tasted like we were dining in atlantis.” said one of the diners. fresh fish, cozy atmosphere, cheerful and attentive service with lots of freebie treats thrown in. amazing presentation of wild vegetables, soup, croquette, salad, and fish + plum pickled vegetables. there’s an endless supply of purple healthy rice, tumeric, and white rice- all cooked to perfection! this cozy space can fill up so just message her ahead of time! she’s super responsive to phone or messaging on google maps. we would highly recommend this special restaurant to anyone coming through guanshan
