Guanshan Township, Taitung County｜晉慈素食

[guanshan ETAs]: we were looking for some nutritious, fiberful food and found this lovely veg shop on the corner. the owner was so wonderful and kind, and it seems like they have lots of regulars! auntie gives amazing portions of tasty food for super cheap. very speedy service as well! very helpful that menu has english and pinyin. just be aware that there doesn’t seem to be indoor seating at the moment. not to worry— there are parks around to eat in! we got there around 6ish when the buffet style dishes were mostly gone so we ordered a noodle soup (50 NT- very pleasant and light, two types of greens + fun mushroom wontons on top of noodles and broth) and majiang mien (50 NT- rich, flavorful, hearty sesame noodles!). good vibes all around. will be back to try the other dishes :)
